Questions From Agents
What are your splits and fees?
Your split is based on your volume and starts at 70%. Once you hit your annual cap, you keep 100% of your commission for the rest of the year. There are no desk fees and no hidden deductions, so you'll know exactly what you're taking home on every deal.
What marketing support do agents get?

Do I have to be in the office?
No. Social House supports both remote and in-office agents. Work from one of our offices, from home or on the road; the tools, training and support are the same either way.
Do you work with new agents?
Social House is built for agents who already have at least one to two years of experience and are ready to grow their business and their brand. If you're newer to real estate, reach out anyway. We're happy to talk through whether we're the right fit now or down the road.
